"We just moved to Washington, and for some unknown reason, my policy transfer from another state can't be approved. I have a clean driving record, unlike my partner, whose policy was approved. I was supposed to be covered under my partner’s policy, but after waiting almost a month for a callback to resolve the issue, it still hasn’t happened. We decided to look for another insurance provider that could accommodate both of us. Luckily we found one with the same coverage. Recently, my partner called to cancel the existing policy, but the company tried to negotiate and asked unreasonable questions. This make me think of not recommending them."
