Tami Haberman focuses on helping customers have coverage in place BEFORE the unexpected happens. She works with individuals and families as well as small business owners for life, home, and auto insurance and financial products. She came on board when we opened our Everett office in January 2002. Tami enjoys camping, yard work, crocheting, cooking, and spending lots of quality time with her daughter Makenzi-Ann, son Jordan and his family, four-footed Ember and Jazmin, and significant other, JT.

William Right joined our team in May 2017. He brings strong administrative and organizational skills to the team to make sure our back stage work is running smoothly. William keeps us on track with technology, and he's great at helping to put processes in place, so we are providing consistent quality service to our customers. He is great at helping with claims and billing situations as well as working to make sure policyholders have coverage before they need it. William focuses on making sure things go right for our customers, so the coverage and products they want are issued correctly with everything in order.

Diana came to our team in June 2021 from a varied background in vehicle dealerships, retail, day care teaching, and food services. She is always ready to help State Farm customers with their insurance or a conversation about their protection. Diana is often the one who reaches out to be sure your discounts are in place! Because she is bi-lingual, she is a great help to customers who prefer to speak Spanish. In her free time, her frequent buddy is her tiny dog, Mila.

Linda joined our team in March 2023. With strong customer service, problem solving, and organizational skills, she can help with home and car insurance. Linda is often the first person whose smile you see when you visit our office, and she looks forward to making things go right for you. In her free times she loves baking for friends and family, photography, and spending time at the beach.

Emma started her insurance career a year before she joined us in July 2021. She brings her enthusiasm to our Agency to help all of our customers have coverage in place for what might happen in the future. After working in our office initially, Emma and her husband moved to Tennessee where they and their son Wesley share their home and recreational time with their three dogs: Frankie, Bean, and Louie.
